Clippers Barber is a React Native mobile app built for Clippers, delivering an end-to-end barbershop experience alongside a CMS and Franchise Management System (FMS) for franchise operations. Customers redeem haircut coupons and tickets via an in-app QR scanner, while barbers clock in and out using a Bluetooth beacon — implemented in native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) and bridged into React Native through a Turbo Module. Firebase Realtime Database powers live queue updates, Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers real-time notifications, and Firebase Analytics tracks in-app engagement alongside a dedicated barber performance report. The app ships through a Bitrise-powered CI/CD pipeline to the Singapore App Store and Play Store.
